Quinn Waldron

Quinn acts as the Chief Operations Officer of the company as well as the Lead Estimator. With over 25 years of Construction Estimation experience under his belt, Quinn monitors the entirety of the bidding process for new projects and the change order process for ongoing projects.

How he works

He, along with Louis, believes in running an efficient and transparent organization and by utilizing a tight-knit top-down control model for the organization, he is able to personally ensure that all client needs are met. The buck stops with Quinn when it comes to bids.

Education and tools

Quinn has a degree in construction management from New York City Technical College. He has also taken it upon himself to stay up to date during the course of his career. As such he has a firm grasp of Excel functionality (as it relates to accounting and construction monitoring), Timberline, Procore Technologies and the PlanSwift project estimation software.

Furthermore, by leaning on his experience, he is able to make crucial value engineering judgements during the pre-construction process which create valuable savings for our clients.
