Bringing over 35 years of Construction Management expertise, he spearheads strategic and logistical planning for both ongoing and future projects at our firm. Committed to efficiency and transparency, Louis employs a top-down management approach, ensuring that all client requirements are meticulously met.

A City University of New York alumnus, Louis earned a degree in architecture and further expanded his construction industry expertise by completing various engineering courses. His professional journey in construction began in 1979 with HRH Construction. As a project superintendent for over a decade, he contributed to several high-profile projects, including 101 Park Avenue, 1325 Avenue of the Americas, 667 Madison Avenue, 550 Madison Avenue, and 599 Lexington Avenue. Following his tenure at HRH, Louis joined LMB, Bovis International, ascending to the role of Project Executive. He managed numerous hospitality projects in Europe and served as a technical consultant for a major Latin American hospitality developer. Eventually returning to New York, he continued his work in this market.

In 2001, Louis established Doral Enterprises, Inc., a New York City-based construction consulting firm. The company specializes in providing in-depth analysis of costs, constructibility, and solutions during both the pre-construction and construction phases to various New York City developers and international clients.

In 2004, Louis joined Magnetic Construction Group as an executive vice president, overseeing contract negotiations and the administrative and technical management of all MCG projects. Later, in 2015, he co-founded Magnetic Builders Group with Quinn Waldron, further solidifying his influence in the New York City construction market.
